Our skilled team of ERP experts focuses on the unique needs of each organization, executing projects that exceed expectations. www.keyush.com Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm IST Work Location: Mumbai/Pune Experience: 4-7 years ( Communication, Presentation, Ability to develop clients) Role Description: identifying and developing new business opportunities for SAP solutions, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships by understanding client needs and articulating SAP's value proposition. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks Collaborate with cross-functional teams including inside sales, pre-sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with consistent lead generation and conversion Create and maintain detailed reports on business development activities, market insights, and potential opportunities Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition Qualifications Required 4-5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships Proven track record of successful deal closures and business growth Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Travelling within the city and meeting customers regularly Preferred MBA or advanced degree Experience in SAP ERP & related products though not mandatory Essential Skills Advanced negotiation and relationship-building skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication Strong presentation and pitching skills Resilience and persistence Performance Metrics Achieve quarterly and annual business development targets Maintain a specified conversion rate for potential leads Develop a specified number of strategic partnerships annually Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion Maintain high-quality reporting and market intelligence
