Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP BW/BI Developer with HANA expertise to design, develop, and optimize data models and reporting solutions. The role involves end-to-end development in SAP BW on HANA with a focus on performance, scalability, and business insight delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance SAP BW/BI solutions on HANA (BW 7.5+). Design and manage data flows (ETL) using BW 3.x/7.x. Work with SPOs, ADSOs, Composite Providers, and other HANA-optimized objects. Develop custom routines, generic/standard data sources, and AMDP-based HANA exit variables. Configure and monitor process chains for efficient data loads. Create and optimize reports using BEx, BO (WebI, Crystal Reports), and Eclipse-based Query Designer. Utilize CDS views, ABAP (ADT), and performance tuning techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years in SAP BW/BI on HANA with strong modeling and reporting experience. Proficiency in HANA-based data modeling, BEx/BO reporting, and ABAP debugging. Experience with Eclipse-based development tools and performance optimization. Desirable: Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5, HANA Studio, SAP S/4HANA integration. Exposure to Agile methodologies, data governance, and security. Show more Show less
