Sap Concur Analyst Loc - Gurugram Hybrid mode (3 days - wfo & 2days - wfh) Roles & Responsibilities: System administration activities: Maintaining user access Working alongside Finance Team to ensure best practice is adhered to and followed Resolving system error messages Raising tickets with system providers to resolve key system, reporting and integration issues. Maintaining SAP Concur system & Interactions with other Finance Systems including replications, errors and general administration. New entities are managed and created across all systems. Executing required system administration tasks in alignment with necessary Month-end processes . Is expected to be an expert in SAP Concur system. Analysing the SAP Concur systems requirements arising from evolving business requirements and change requests Compiling Technical Specification documents for the relevant changes to conversions, interfaces, reports, or enhancements. Making configuration changes while following our change request process Assisting in the design of processes involving the SAP Concur system Undertake or support all forms of testing (unit, integration and help manage users through user acceptance testing) Following required SDLC processes such that any changes applied to production are held to a high standard, via adequate design, testing and approval Assisting in the promotion of configuration, level-zero Master Data changes to production, work on the copy backs and alignment of Test & Production entity Ensure any changes to systems are communicated to applicable stakeholders Providing appropriate training and training-related documentation to end-users. Reviewing release notes and newsletters and drafting communications to the user groups on new features/upcoming releases. Testing new functionality and upgrades in line with upgrade plans Assisting finance teams with the creation of reusable and repeatable reports using the SAP Concur to build, developer & deliver these reports.
