SAP Coordinator (Sales)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Manage current Sales Prices after getting inputs from sales team for different material on case-to-case basis & Maintain Tax Rates for different HSN codes. Maintain an up-to-date customer material info record & Make necessary changes in customer Master Work closely with MDM team to manage material master Create different types of Sales Orders as per requirements of different teams. (Purchase, Sales, Projects Coordinate with stores team to ensure timely invoicing, Maintain accurate records of invoicing Maintain close coordination with stores and the internal team to address any issues or concerns Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Preferred candidate profile : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using SAP, office software, including Microsoft Excel and other tracking tools Good knowledge of the auto industry, products and processes
