The job purpose is: - Improve the customer experience of our clients brand by identifying and overcoming operational obstacles, reviewing processes, and uncovering innovative solutions. - Review and validate critical project areas, so best practices can be proactively applied and complexities resolved throughout the transformation journey. The job requirements are: - At least 4 years of relevant work experience in SAP Marketing Cloud. - Minimum 2-3 full life-cycle implementation experience. - Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment. - Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence. - Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal written).
