Key Responsibilities: Gather and verify customer requirements to create accurate purchase requisitions. Follow up on purchase requisition approvals and ensure timely processing. Set up necessary system prerequisites and maintain operational files. Prepare weekly metrics data for internal meetings and track procurement performance. Perform data reconciliation and root cause analysis to resolve issues related to delayed purchase orders. Prepare quarterly business review data and deliver PowerPoint presentations to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and close process gaps. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within procurement and supply chain operations. Ensure strong attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and procurement activities. Qualifications: 6 to 9 years of experience in procurement, with SAP ERP experience (strongly preferred). Any degree is acceptable. Solid understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve procurement issues. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent interpersonal skills.
