Job Description

Roles Responsibilities: SAP FICO Implementation Support: Configure and customize SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, and Product Costing) modules as per business needs. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP FICO users. Ensure smooth integration of FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP. Assist in new SAP implementations, rollouts, and version upgrades. Financial Controlling Process Optimization: Work closely with Finance Accounts teams to streamline and enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control processes. Implement automated financial workflows, reducing manual intervention and increasing accuracy. Develop custom reports and dashboards to support financial decision-making. SAP Configuration Data Management: Define and implement chart of accounts, financial statements, and cost structures. Manage data migration, master data maintenance, and reconciliation processes. Configure taxation (GST, VAT, TDS) and financial compliance requirements in SAP. User Training Documentation: Conduct user training sessions to enhance SAP FICO adoption and efficiency. Develop and maintain SOPs, training manuals, and knowledge base documents. Provide end-user support, addressing system errors and process-related queries. Compliance Auditing Support: Ensure SAP FICO processes align with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and compliance requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary reports and system records. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to enhance SAP functionalities. Work with SAP ABAP developers and external consultants for enhancements and system modifications. Key Qualifications Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields. SAP FICO certification is preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant in a manufacturing or agrochemical industry. Proven expertise in SAP FI CO configuration, support, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation requirements in SAP. Skills Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize financial processes. Proficiency in SAP integration with MM, SD, and PP modules. Understanding of financial reporting, costing, and budget planning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
