Job Title : SAP FICO Consultant Company : Kaar Technologies Location : Chennai Work Timings : 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST Employment Type : Full-time / Permanent Experience : 510 Years (Adjust as needed) Job Summary : Kaar Technologies is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team in Chennai . The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in both FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules and will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP FICO solutions. This role requires flexibility to work in evening shifts (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST) to support global clients. Key Responsibilities : Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO configurations. Configure FI components: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA). Configure CO components: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders. Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP). Work on issue resolution and system enhancements in a timely manner. Prepare functional specification documents for custom developments. Provide support for financial closing processes (month-end/year-end). Assist in SAP system upgrades and migrations (S/4HANA exposure is a plus). Required Skills : 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module. Strong configuration knowledge of FI and CO components. Experience in end-to-end implementations and production support. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
