Job Description: Proven experience of 14-16 years as an SAP FI/CO consultant, architect, with a strong track record of successful project implementations. At least 1 green field implementation experience In-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration. Experience in leading and managing cross cultural teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions. Proven track record of successful S/4 HANA implementation projects. Expertise in Account Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Finance (FI), Inter Company and Controlling (CO) processes. Expertise in FI Interfaces and Integration testing Familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. SAP certifications in relevant Finance or related modules are a plus. Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Stakeholders (Directors and above) Education Qualification: CA or MBA (Finance) with over 14 years of hands-on SAP experience
