Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead to drive the Finance & Controlling stream of SAP S/4 HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in core finance modules, regulatory compliance, and business integration. This role includes ownership of solution design, delivery governance, and sustaining processes post go-live. Key Responsibilities: Lead the SAP FICO implementation as the finance point of contact. Drive solution design, scope control, and quality delivery. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for a successful rollout. Ensure SAP FICO processes align with audit and regulatory standards. Set up DevOps support for ongoing business and system needs. Manage upgrades without disrupting financial operations. Monitor and control Cloud (RISE) and long-term SAP run costs. Performance Indicators: Timely and cost-effective implementation of SAP FICO modules. Regulatory compliance through proper documentation and configuration. High solution quality with minimized customizations. Vendor contracts structured for long-term value. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors/Master’s in Engineering, or Chartered Accountant or Accounting professional with SAP experience. Certifications: SAP S/4 HANA certified (FICO module preferred). Experience: 10–12 years with at least 2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations. Manufacturing industry experience preferred; Life Sciences or Healthcare is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP FI/CO including AP, AR, AA, Intercompany processes. Skilled in configuration of ledgers, account determination, and integration with other modules. Good working knowledge of FIORI, Launchpad, and transaction apps. Soft Skills: Strong leadership with a proactive approach. Ability to bridge business finance needs with SAP capabilities. Languages: English (mandatory), Tamil/Hindi (preferred)
