Job Title : SAP GRC & Security Consultant Location : Remote / Onsite (Client-Based), Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad Job Type : Contract (6-12 months, extendable) Experience Level : 7-10 years Job Summary : The SAP GRC & Security Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP ECC, HANA, and Fiori Security solutions, with a strong focus on SAP GRC Risk Management, Role Management, and User Provisioning. The role requires expertise in SoD (Segregation of Duties) checks, security role configuration, and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance and system efficiency. Key Responsibilities : - Lead SAP GRC Risk Management (SoD Analysis, Risk Mitigation, and Governance Reporting). - Manage SAP ECC Security User Management, including role configuration and provisioning. - Implement SAP HANA and Fiori Security, ensuring secure system access and integration. - Oversee end-to-end role implementation and rollouts across SAP environments. - Define and manage program scope, quality, and schedule to meet business security requirements. - Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert), advising senior management on SAP security best practices. - Recommend and implement business performance improvements through security optimizations. - Coordinate project management activities, including stakeholder communication, risk management, and quality assurance. - Provide mentorship, performance reviews, and team leadership to improve security team efficiency. - Review and enhance SAP security policies, workflows, and compliance frameworks. Qualifications & Skills : - 7-10 years of experience in SAP GRC, ECC, HANA, and Fiori Security. - Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM). - Hands-on experience in SAP Authorization Security, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and User Provisioning. - Deep understanding of SoD checks, Risk Analysis, and Compliance Reporting. - Proficiency in SAP ECC Security Administration & Role Configuration. - Exposure to SAP HANA Security, Fiori Role Design, and Access Management. - Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills. - Experience in team leadership, performance evaluation, and security best practices implementation. Education : - BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
