Job Title: SAP MM Consultant Warehouse & Production (Food Manufacturing) Industry: Food Manufacturing Department: IT / SAP Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 48 years (SAP MM Implementation & Support) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field. SAP MM Certification preferred. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP MM Consultant with experience in Warehouse Management (WM) and Production support within the food manufacturing industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing material master data, procurement processes, inventory management, and integration with production planning, ensuring accurate and efficient material flow within the factory setup. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support the SAP MM module , including procurement , inventory management , and invoice verification processes. Manage warehouse operations within SAP, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory. Integrate MM module functionalities with SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) to support production cycles in food manufacturing. Support Batch Management , Shelf-Life Expiry , and HACCP compliance as per food industry norms. Ensure real-time material tracking and stock visibility at multiple storage locations (e.g., cold storage, raw material store, WIP, FG store). Coordinate with the procurement , production , and warehouse teams to streamline inventory and reduce wastage. Handle change requests, incident tickets, and support SAP users with training and issue resolution. Participate in end-to-end SAP implementations , rollouts, or upgrades specific to MM and WM modules. Create and maintain functional specifications , user documentation , and SOPs . Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and reporting needs. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience (4+ years) as an SAP MM consultant in the food or FMCG manufacturing sector. Hands-on knowledge of SAP WM , Batch Management , Stock Management , and Purchase Orders . Familiar with GST , vendor evaluation , and pricing procedures in India. Experience in PP-MM integration for material availability during production. Strong understanding of industry compliance such as FSSAI , ISO 22000 , and traceability standards . Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in MM or S/4HANA MM Prior experience in a SAP S/4HANA environment Knowledge of EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is a plus Local language proficiency (Hindi) and familiarity with the Karnal region/market dynamics Why Join Us?
