SAP HCM Senior Consultant/Lead

The ROLE We predominantly deliver data migration projects to global clients, while also working in data quality and data governance. All our consultants use software created on our proprietary ADM/ADMM platform to perform all aspects of the data migration project lifecycle. We are recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join our team delivering data projects for clients across the regions and offer training, mentoring and project focused development opportunities for candidates passionate about pursuing a career in data. Qualifications: 6-16 Years SAP Techno-Functional; 3+ full SAP implementation lifecycle(s) • Expert level business-process knowledge associated with SAP HCM • Total (4+) years' experience on IT projects • Proficient in BackOffice CranSoft/DSP/SAP Data Services/other Data Migration tool • Extensive data quality and data migration experience including proficiency in data warehousing, data analysis and conversion planning for data migration activities • 4 to 8 years Business-Process experience. • Proficient in Microsoft SQL preferred: SQL query skills, comprehensive understanding of SQL Table structure and an understanding of relational databases. Degree level qualification in Computer Science (or other technology related field) Functional ERP (SAP / Infor etc.) experience Project experience across multiple ERP implementations Experience with T-SQL Database experience - SQL Server, Oracle etc. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. Willingness to travel according to project requirements. Job Responsibilities: Expert level Business Analysis on either of the following SAP HCM • Lead the team and guide as per the Project requirements, understanding client requirement. • Communication with Onsite teams and client personnel • Drive blueprint sessions with onsite/client teams • Creation and Maintenance of SAP Data Migration plan, Integration plan & Cutover Plan • SAP Data Extraction, Transform and Load. • Understand and execute change management, & defect management. • Documentation • Training new recruits on the SAP Migration Toolsets.
