Position: IBP – Supply Planning Experience: 6 to 10 years Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad (Need local candidates, no relocation) Shift: Mid shift (2-11pm) Note- Look at the below functionalities when you are screen the profiles: Supply Planning within IBP Time-Series Supply Planning Shelf-Life Planning CPI-DS (Nice to have) Job Description: SAP IBP Supply Planning Specialist Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Specialist with a strong focus on Supply Planning. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in the field and possess in-depth expertise in IBP for Supply Planning. This role involves optimizing supply chain processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Experience in Sales and Operations Planning and Demand Management is considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage supply planning processes using SAP IBP, ensuring alignment with business goals. Configure and optimize IBP Supply Planning solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective supply planning strategies. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance and reduce costs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to supply planning in SAP IBP. Prepare and present supply planning metrics and reports to management. Stay updated on the latest SAP IBP advancements and industry best practices to continuously improve processes. Mandatory Skills: Extensive hands-on experience with SAP IBP in the Supply Planning area. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex supply chain data. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). Knowledge of Demand Management processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 7-12 years of relevant experience in supply planning using SAP IBP. Certification in SAP IBP or related modules is a plus.
