Job Title:: ======== SAP IS Lead Consultant x3 Salary per annum: =============== INR 25 lacs to 40 lacs - Depending on Experience Work type: =============== Work from office Experience needed: 8 to 12 Years Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MSc/MBA/ B.Com / M.Com IT or any equivalent ---- Key Responsibilities: Provide expertise in SAP Industry Solutions IS-Oil & Gas configuring and customizing solutions. Configure complex SAP modules, develop custom enhancements, and ensure integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, FI) and external systems. Design and implement sophisticated solution architectures, optimizing performance and aligning with business requirements. Use ABAP for custom developments, enhance reporting with SAP BI/BW or similar tools, and manage data migration with LSMW, BODS, or ETL tools. Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Provide ongoing support, resolve complex issues, and manage system upgrades and performance tuning. Gather and document complex business requirements, create detailed functional specifications for custom developments. Develop and deliver training programs, create documentation, and guide organizations through change for successful SAP IS solution adoption. Develop strategic roadmaps for SAP IS solutions, propose innovative solutions based on emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualifications : Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Industry Solutions, including extensive implementation project experience. Advanced knowledge of SAP IS configurations, ABAP for custom developments, SAP BI/BW or similar reporting tools, and data migration tools. Deep understanding of industry-specific best practices, process improvement, and strategic planning for SAP IS solutions. Experience in leading project teams, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful solutions. Relevant SAP certifications in industry-specific solutions; Project Management or business analysis certifications are a plus.
