Experience in a consulting or SAP development environment with manufacturing background Experience with different project management methods (Waterfall, Agile) Proven experience in multiple phases of the delivery life cycle Constantly looking to identify issue early, actively working to resolve those issues, and escalates when needed. Management and tracking of cross team dependencies. Management and tracking of all high-integrity commitments. Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress. Risk Management Process: Lead and facilitate Risk Committee meetings, ensuring technical teams provide necessary evidence for internal and external audits. Support the organization in risk evaluation and mitigation efforts. Proficiency in handling business solutions in SAP modules (MM, PP, SD). Additional knowledge in FICO will be added value. Strong knowledge of SAP GRC/ ITGC Monthly audit reports generation based upon external audit requirements Experience in Factory Critical Support Knowledge in processes like Order Management, Bill of material, MRP, Material Handling, Warehouse management, MES, Quality, Invoicing and Payments Experience in managing SAP upgrades(S/4HANA) Administratively handle Support HRMS and CRM Required Skills & Qualifications : 1- B. Tech, MCA 2- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels 3- SAP GRC/ ITGC Having experience in audit 4- 10-18 yrs experience in the SAP / S/4 HANA environment
