ROLE DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP MM & PP Consultant to join our in-house digital operations team. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our procurement, inventory, production planning, and material flow processes using SAP. As part of Jibasiya Industries' digital transformation journey, the consultant will handle the day-to-day configurations, troubleshooting, master data management, and reporting for SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP PP (Production Planning) modules. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of functional knowledge, hands-on SAP expertise, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and system capabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITY Configure and support SAP MM & PP modules as per business process requirements. Manage procurement cycles including PR/PO, GRN, vendor evaluation, inventory control, and MRP. Support production planning, BOMs, routings, demand planning, and capacity planning. Collaborate with store, purchase, and production teams to ensure timely data entry and system accuracy. Ensure proper integration between MM, PP, and other relevant modules (e.g., FI, SD). Train and support users in day-to-day SAP operations and best practices. Identify and resolve issues related to material master, batch management, and production orders. Generate MIS reports and assist management in data-driven decision making. Coordinate with external SAP partners/vendors when required for complex issues or upgrades. Q AND SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and/or SAP PP implementation/support. Strong understanding of procurement and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with inventory management, warehouse operations, and shop floor control. Working knowledge of SAP tables, transactions, and reporting tools. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. PREFEREANCE Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company. Exposure to SAP B1 (if applicable) or ECC/S/4HANA environment. Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules like QM or SD is a plus. Show more Show less
