SAP MM Lead (Procure To Pay)

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced SAP MM Lead to manage the Procure-to-Pay process in an SAP S/4 HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will be a domain expert in procurement and inventory processes, capable of owning delivery, coordinating with vendors, and enabling smooth transition from implementation to support. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for SAP MM module implementation. Manage scope, quality, and budget for all MM-related deliverables. Lead end-to-end SAP MM process blueprinting and solution delivery. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for integrated planning. Establish post-go-live support and DevOps model. Plan and execute upgrades without impacting business continuity. Control ongoing SAP Cloud (RISE) deployment and run costs. Performance Indicators: Timely, cost-effective completion of MM-related implementation goals. High-quality configuration with minimal custom developments. Effective support structure and process ownership. Regulatory compliance and documentation readiness. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors/Master’s in Engineering, or CA/Accounting background with SAP FICO + MM experience. Certifications: SAP S/4 HANA certified (MM preferred). Material Management or Procurement-related certifications desirable. Experience: 7–10 years with 2+ full lifecycle SAP MM implementations. Preferably from Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industries. Technical Skills: Strong in Purchasing, Contracts, Inventory, Stock Transfers, and Inbound Logistics. Familiarity with Master Data Management and integration with Finance. Experience with FIORI, Launchpad, and related UI technologies. Soft Skills: Proactive and collaborative leader with cross-functional agility. Able to align technical delivery with business objectives. Languages: English (mandatory), Tamil/Hindi (preferred)
