We are looking for multiple positions for Chennai location: Below are the positions: SAP FI/CO SAP PP/QM SAP HCM SAP Security/Fiori SAP Project Manager SAP SD Common Requirements for All Positions: Minimum one end-to-end ECC to S/4HANA migration project experience Minimum 6 years of overall SAP experience Immediate joiners (within one week) Job Location: Chennai (Full-time) Strong verbal and written communication skills Candidates should have experience in ECC to S/4HANA Migration Brownfield Migration SAP FI/CO L2 FI/CO Consultant role for a Brownfield ECC to S/4HANA migration project: FI/CO Consultant with 6+ years of experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules. Participation in at least one ECC to S/4HANA migration project, focusing on FI and CO. Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO processes (e.g.,Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing). Experience in analyzing existing FI/CO configurations and customizations in ECC. Ability to configure and test FI/CO functionalities in an S/4HANA environment, including new functionalities like Central Finance (desirable). Experience in FI/CO aspects of ECC to S/4HANA migration projects is a significant plus. SAP HCM L2 HCM Consultant role for a Brownfield ECC to S/4HANA migration project: HCM Consultant with 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management). Participation in at least one ECC to S/4HANA migration project, with focus on one or more HCM sub-modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management). Good understanding of core HCM processes and data structures in both ECC and S/4HANA. Knowledgeof HCM data migration tools and processes (e.g., LSMW, SAP Data Services). SAP PP/QM L2 PP/QM Consultant role for a Brownfield ECC to S/4HANA migration project: PP/QM Consultant with 6+ years of experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules. Experience in at least one ECC to S/4HANA migration project, with exposure to PP and QM areas. Experience in configuring and testing PP/QM functionalities in an S/4HANA environment. Ability to collaborate with technical (ABAP) and other functional consultants L2 SAP Security/Basis/Fiori Consultant : Required Skills: 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis, Security, and Fiori support. At least one full-cycle ECC to S/4HANA migration experience is mandatory. Experience in SAP implementation projects including greenfield/brownfield approaches. Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts (PFCG, SU01, SUIM, etc.). Proficiency with SAP Fiori setup and troubleshooting. Good understanding of system refreshes, client copies, and system monitoring. Strong verbal and written communication skills must be able to clearly articulate technical issues and solutions. Ability to handle on-site responsibilities and collaborate in a team environment. SAP Project Manager: Required Skills: 8-10+ years of SAP project management experience. Proven track record in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects. Experience with SAP implementation and rollout projects. Able to handle 50+ team members. Strong understanding of SAP methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively. SAP SD: 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) At least one full-cycle ECC to S/4HANA migration experience is mandatory. Desired Skills: Immediate joiner or available within 15 days. Willingness to work in Chennai.
