Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation and support projects for SAP PP module. Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders in manufacturing, production, and planning. Configure SAP PP module components, including Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Routing), MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control. Integrate SAP PP with other modules such as MM, SD, QM, and WM. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and enhancements. Collaborate with technical teams for the design and development of RICEFW objects. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide user training, prepare documentation, and support post-go-live activities. Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timelines. Analyze business processes and continuously recommend improvements for operational efficiency. Stay updated on SAP best practices and emerging technologies related to manufacturing and supply chain. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP PP module across implementation and support projects. In-depth knowledge of SAP PP processes like MRP, Production Orders, Shop Floor Control, Repetitive Manufacturing, and Demand Management. Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, and QM modules. Hands-on experience with S/4HANA is a strong plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in preparing functional documentation and conducting end-user training. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP PP Certification. Exposure to SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries). Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to production planning. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
