Role: SAP PPQM Consultant (Production Planning & Quality Management) Employment Type : Full-time (Work from Office Only) Location : Goregaon, Mumbai Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled PP/QM Consultant with expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining SAP PP/QM solutions, ensuring seamless production and quality processes. Key Responsibilities : 1. SAP Implementation & Support: •Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules to meet business requirements. • Provide end-to-end support for SAP PP/QM implementations, including blueprinting, testing, and go-live support. • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in production and quality management. 2. Production Planning (PP): • Design and optimize master data structures (BOMs, work centers, routing, etc.). • Implement MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control solutions. • Streamline production order management and scheduling processes. 3. Quality Management (QM): • Set up and maintain quality inspection plans, control charts, and quality notifications. • Integrate QM processes with procurement, production, and sales. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 4. Business Process Optimization: • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. • Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for SAP PP/QM. 5. Training & Documentation: • Provide user training and support for SAP PP/QM functionalities. • Document business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations. Required Qualifications & Skills : • Experience: 3+ years of SAP PP/QM consulting experience in the manufacturing industry. • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP PP (MRP, Capacity Planning, Production Orders) and SAP QM (Quality Inspection, Certificates, Notifications). • Industry Experience: Exposure to discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing environments. • SAP Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications : • SAP PP/QM Certification. • Experience in integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PM, WM). • Knowledge of Fiori apps and SAP MES integration. • Experience with change management and training end-users.
