Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP PPQM (Production Planning Quality Management) Consultant with 7+ years of experience to support SAP implementations, enhancements, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules , including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA and ECC environments. Work closely with business teams to understand and document production planning and quality management requirements. Configure and optimize MRP, production orders, shop floor control, and capacity planning . Set up inspection plans, quality notifications, batch management, and control processes in SAP QM. Integrate PPQM with MM, SD, WM, and FI/CO for seamless business operations. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) . Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support . Troubleshoot issues, provide enhancements, and suggest process improvements. Required Skills Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) . Strong knowledge of production execution, MRP, BOM, routing, and shop floor processes . Expertise in quality management processes such as inspections, certificates, batch management, and audit compliance . Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, configuration, and support. Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and basic ABAP debugging is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: SAP PPQM Certification. Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, or FMCG industries. Knowledge of SAP EWM, MES, and integration with third-party systems . Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
