SAP Program Lead Manufacturing

Job Summary: Looking for a dynamic SAP Program Lead to drive end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation in a manufacturing setup. The role involves complete ownership of the SAP program, from vendor selection to solution deployment and ongoing maintenance. Youll collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage the SAP team, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the single point of contact for SAP implementation. Lead product sizing, partner selection, budgeting, and planning. Oversee scope, quality, and cost management across modules. Build and manage a high-performing SAP team. Coordinate with business and infrastructure leaders for seamless delivery. Establish SAP sustain/DevOps framework for post-go-live support. Plan upgrades with zero unplanned downtime. Monitor and optimize cloud-based deployment and operating costs. Performance Indicators: On-time, on-budget milestone delivery. Quality assurance with minimal production defects. Effective change management and reduced customizations. Contracts and vendor SLAs structured for long-term value. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering or related field. SAP S/4 HANA certification in Manufacturing. Experience: 12–15 years of experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP PP/QM implementations. Exposure to IT-OT integration and MES systems is a plus. Experience in manufacturing, preferably life sciences or healthcare. Skills: Expertise in SAP Production Planning, Quality Management, and Inbound Logistics. Familiarity with Fiori, Launchpad, Personas, and app-based interfaces. Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and problem-solving abilities. Languages: English (mandatory), Tamil (preferred)
