Job Description: Senior Project Manager (SAP) Location: Pan India Job Type: [Full-time] Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in SAP implementations to lead our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of SAP modules, particularly FICO, MM, and SD. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they meet our clients requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives, to ensure project alignment and transparency. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project performance and gather lessons learned. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Total of 15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years as a Project Manager focused on SAP implementations. 12 years of SAP experience, with a proven track record of 3-4 end-to-end SAP implementations. Strong expertise in SAP modules: FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution). Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward success. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP Project Management) are a plus.
