SAP SD Lead (Order-to-Cash)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Lead to manage the Order-to-Cash process as part of the SAP S/4 HANA implementation. This role will lead solution design, partner coordination, and system delivery. The candidate should be hands-on in SD processes and capable of driving effective configuration and user adoption. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the single point of contact for the SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) stream. Own the solution design, delivery scope, budget, and quality. Partner with vendors through the full lifecycle implementation. Work with internal business teams and MDM to ensure integration success. Set up a DevOps model for ongoing support post-implementation. Coordinate SAP upgrades without business disruption. Monitor and optimize SAP cloud (RISE) deployment costs. Performance Indicators: On-time and within-budget delivery of SD modules. Stable production rollout with minimal defects or disruptions. Reduced customizations through smart use of standard configurations. Successful CRM integration with SAP SD processes. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors/Master’s in Engineering or equivalent. Certifications: SAP S/4 HANA certified (SD preferred). Experience: 7–10 years with 2+ full-cycle SAP SD implementations. Manufacturing industry experience preferred; Healthcare/Life Sciences is a plus. Technical Skills: In-depth expertise in Order Management, Pricing, Deliveries, Returns, and CRM integration. Proficiency in FIORI, Launchpad, transactional apps, and Personas. Experience with optimizing SD processes in a manufacturing setup. Soft Skills: Proactive, cross-functional communicator and team leader. Strong problem-solver with a focus on efficiency and innovation. Languages: English (mandatory), Tamil/Hindi (preferred)
