Title: SAP Security Analyst Location: PAN India Employment Type: Full-time Permanent NOTE: Only candidates with a notice period of 0 to 15 days will be considered for this role. Experience Required: 7+ Years Role: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Analyst with proven full-cycle implementation experience , particularly in S/4HANA environments. This role is ideal for professionals who have led security design from the ground up, executed complex global rollouts, and provided governance-driven support across multi-system SAP landscapes. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end security processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with global authorization standards. Responsibilities Lead and execute full-cycle SAP Security implementations including requirement gathering, role design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Design and maintain composite, derived, and custom roles based on functional/business inputs for ECC and S/4HANA systems. Administer SAP GRC Access Control components such as ARA, ARM, and EAM for compliant access provisioning and monitoring. Configure and troubleshoot Fiori and OData services , including catalog and group management, and alias maintenance. Execute SU24 enhancements and role remediation during upgrades and greenfield setups. Manage global rollout initiatives , including authorization strategy and deployment across multiple countries (APAC & Europe). Create and maintain technical documentation, governance workflows, and compliance checkpoints to ensure secure authorization delivery. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable SAP security solutions . Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Security. Proficiency with SAP GRC (Access Control) including risk analysis and firefighter configuration. Experience working with BI/BW Security , CRM upgrades , and HANA DB authorization models. Knowledge of ticketing tools (Remedy, ServiceNow) for incident/change/request management. Familiarity with SU24/SU53/ST01 troubleshooting , OData service configuration, and Fiori authorization setup. Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end security operations and implementation cycles Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and governance process capabilities. Show more Show less
