SAP Successfactor Consultant - Onboarding/Recruitment

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with over 3 years of hands-on experience, specifically in Recruitment and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors solutions that streamline and enhance the talent acquisition and onboarding process. Minimum 3 years of experience working as a SuccessFactors ConsultantHands-on expertise in Recruitment (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0) modulesSuccessFactors certification in Recruitment or Onboarding preferredStrong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesExperience in data migration, role permissions, and integration with SAP HCM or third-party toolsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
