We are looking for an experienced SAP Successfactor Expert to manage and enhance our Human Resources Information System. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Successfactor, data management, and reporting, along with basic knowledge of system integrations to support connectivity between HR platforms and other business applications. Job Purpose Support projects and enhancements related to SAP SuccessFactors and LMS. Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS daily functional support. Manage issues reported through ServiceNow, providing global end-user troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Provide support for global HR applications, including SAP SuccessFactors and LMS . Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across multiple SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, PMGM, Compensation, Time-off, and Reporting). Respond to and manage end-user tickets via ServiceNow. Conduct end-user training to improve adoption and enhance the user experience. Document system processes, troubleshooting steps, and testing activities. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to support system enhancements and new functionalities. Identify and escalate risks or unresolved issues to management promptly. Participate in SuccessFactors release testing and validation. Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and system maintenance. Basic System Integration Support Assist in connecting the HRIS with other business systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, ATS, ERP). Work with IT and vendors to support basic data transfers and integrations. Monitor and report minor integration issues and escalate complex problems when needed. Collaboration & Support Act as the primary HRIS point of contact for HR, IT, and external vendors. Train HR team members on system functionality and best practices. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance HR technology solutions. Skills & Technical Competences & Behaviors 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors . Intermediate or advanced admin knowledge of SuccessFactors (e.g., EC, Recruiting, PMGM, Time-off, Compensation, or Reporting). Certification in SuccessFactors modules is required. Familiarity with HRIS ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus. Basic understanding of data integrations, APIs, and file transfer processes Proficiency in HR data reporting and analytics tools. Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word). Experience in training or coaching end-users is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Ability to work in a multi-cultural, global environment and communicate effectively. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). KPIs End-user satisfaction and feedback from support interactions. ServiceNow ticket resolution time and adherence to SLAs. Successful execution of system enhancements or projects within deadlines. Timely completion of testing and validation for new releases.
