******Active certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is mandatory****** Roles & Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA for international payroll and other SAP modules. Manage and configure Time Off, Timesheet, and Benefits within Employee Central. Handle international assignments and multi-country configurations effectively. Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to ensure robust security and access controls. Collaborate with stakeholders to align Core HR business processes with system capabilities. Support and troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Provide technical and functional expertise for integrations, including inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party tools and other SAP modules. Identify opportunities to enhance service quality through process reviews and proactive improvements. Knowledge of Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules is preferred.
