Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors RCM & ONB Consultant to join our team at PMTS Private Limited . The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB & Offboarding) solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes, integration with other modules, and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB modules as per business requirements. Work closely with HR and IT teams to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Manage system enhancements, customization, and troubleshooting within SuccessFactors. Ensure proper integration of RCM & ONB with other SAP modules like Employee Central (EC), Learning (LMS), and Performance & Goals (PMGM) . Provide training and support to HR users and recruiters on SuccessFactors RCM & ONB functionalities. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve issues before go-live. Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices to optimize system performance. Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors RCM & ONB (including Offboarding) . SAP SuccessFactors certification in RCM and/or ONB is preferred. Hands-on experience in system configuration, business process mapping, and troubleshooting . Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding workflows . Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration with other HRIS systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to train end-users. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in SuccessFactors. Knowledge of SAP SF Employee Central (EC) integration. Exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) or CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) is a plus. Having SAP Global Certification is a plus.
