Job Description

Responsibilities: Implement and support the SAP Success Factors Recruiting (RCM and RMK) and Onboarding (1.0 and 2.0) projects. Should be able to support Recruiting (RCM and RMK) Onboarding (1.0 2.0) Systems Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Success Factors Solution Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML. System configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint. Help clients understand alternatives for system configuration and design. Preparation Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments Job Requirements: Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding Certification in SuccessFactors - Recruiting (RCM and/or RMK) Onboarding 2.0. Must have done at least three end to end implementation in Recruiting and Onboarding. Experience on Industry or consulting. Knowledge on documentation and training materials.
