SAP Technical Lead

Job Description

Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP technical experience, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA. Must have knowledge and experience with the S/4 HANA technologies including but not limited to ABAP, OData Services, CPI, and Adobe Forms. Must have experience in developing CDS Views, AMDP procedures, SAP workflows, SOAP messaging patterns and IDOCs. Lead technical aspects of SAP implementation projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project goals are met. Oversee integration efforts with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Assists hands-on with WRICEF (Workflow, Reporting, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms) development as needed to support project timelines and objectives. Manage and plan the development requests and new projects from the business team by good project management, delegation, prioritization skills with a team size of 3-5 developers. Take ownership of multi-functional problems and collaborate with others across multiple teams and sites to provide creative solutions. Lead high-level design sessions that meet business requirements, ensuring full integration of processes within our systems. Participate and collaborate with the users and functional consultants in the gathering of user requirements and specifications. Ability to work and communicate with various levels of management, users, team members and clients. Develop, customize, enhance, fix, and maintain codes of applications and systems like SAP S/4 Hana. Conduct incident and problem analysis, data gathering, investigation and resolution of issues, and provide technical consultancy, assistance, and support. Create test scenarios and data and conduct or participate in non-functional and functional testing (e.g., unit testing, system testing, integration testing etc.). Actively participate in business and status meetings to communicate progress and escalate risks and roadblocks. Participate and conduct feasibility study, research and development, prototyping, and proof of concept (PoC) in implementing new/existing systems, solutions, and processes. Identify, assess, and recommend opportunities for application and process improvement. Deliver the required systems/applications/solutions on time and based on KPIs and specifications. Perform other duties as assigned, if necessary.
