SAP Test Manager

Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Test Manager with strong functional and technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC testing. This role demands a blend of leadership, SAP domain knowledge, and hands-on test management skills to lead a QA team and coordinate with stakeholders for high-quality SAP solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage testing activities for SIT and UAT phases. Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases aligned with business processes. Act as the technical consultant and test manager for SAP FI-CO module and other integrated modules. Ensure adequate test coverage, timely execution, and quality deliverables. Drive defect triage, test progress reporting , and ensure closure of SIT and UAT. Collaborate with business users to drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Manage QA team members, providing technical guidance and leadership. Maintain daily coordination with stakeholders on test execution status and risks. Contribute to overall delivery and stakeholder management . Required Experience: 10–12 years of SAP test experience with strong exposure to S/4HANA and ECC environments. Strong understanding of SAP FI-CO module , including: Accounts Receivable / Payable Fixed Assets Intercompany General Ledger Revenue Recognition Bank / Cash Management Tax Management Additional Modules/Expertise (Desirable): SAP MM Consultant: Ariba / Procurement SAP PS Consultant: Project Systems CLM Consultant: Contract Lifecycle Management (preferred if available) Preferred Skills: Strong business process knowledge and understanding of cross-module integrations. Test planning, execution, and management experience. Hands-on with defect tracking and test management tools. Stakeholder communication and delivery oversight . Experience with data migration from ECC to S/4HANA is a plus. SAP Certification preferred. Show more Show less
