Job Description

Position: SAP Vertex Architect Experience: 6+ Years Location: Hyderabad Work Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM IST. Work Mode: Hybrid Joining Period: Should be able to join within 30 days. Job Description: Vertex Architect with Strong SAP Expertise: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design tax solutions that integrate seamlessly with SAP systems. Develop architecture blueprints, technical designs, and implementation plans. Lead the implementation of Vertex tax technology solutions within SAP landscapes. Configure Vertex software to align with client requirements, ensuring accurate tax calculations and compliance with local regulations. Design and implement integrations between Vertex and SAP modules, third-party systems, and external tax authorities. Develop custom interfaces and workflows to automate tax-related processes. Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Mentor developers and consultants on best practices for Vertex and SAP integration. Develop test cases and conduct thorough testing of tax solutions to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance. Work closely with QA teams to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth deployment. Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and training materials. Ensure documentation is kept up to date throughout the project lifecycle. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, providing expert advice, and delivering high-quality solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor on tax technology matters. Stay UpToDate on regulatory changes related to tax compliance. Identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions and propose innovative approaches to address client challenges. Thorough vertex technical knowledge, configuration on Vertex Cloud, Integrations and SAP configurations and enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP Vertex Architect Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. SAP certification(s) preferred.
