We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and automating Spring Boot, React, and Python applications on AWS. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring smooth deployment and optimal performance of our applications. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Support Engineer to join our team. As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to our products. This role requires a basic understanding of databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL), basic Java programming skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. This is a great opportunity for freshers or those with up to 2 years of experience to start their career in product support and technology. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding our products, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Assist in analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving database-related issues using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Use your basic knowledge of Java programming to assist in debugging and resolving application-related issues. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, QA) to ensure quick and accurate resolution of issues. Document support cases and solutions for knowledge-sharing and process improvement. Conduct testing and verification of fixes to ensure that all issues are resolved effectively. Assist in improving the overall customer experience and satisfaction by providing timely and efficient support. Requirements: 0-2 years of experience in a technical support or related role (freshers are welcome to apply). Basic understanding and hands-on experience with SQL databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL. Basic knowledge of Java and logical problem-solving skills.
