Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for SAS Administrator to provide first-level support, manage CI360 troubleshooting, and handle agent-related issues. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining system stability, resolving operational issues, and assisting in campaign execution using SAS CI360. Key Responsibilities: Exposure to Hybrid Architecture: Work with both On-Premise and Cloud components of SAS CI360. Ensure seamless integration between cloud-based CI360 tenants and on-premise Direct Marketing Agents (DM Agents). Troubleshoot hybrid connectivity issues, including API failures, agent communication, and data synchronization. Optimize data flow between cloud and on-prem environments to enhance performance and reliability. First-Level Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary contact for Level 1 support, resolving technical issues. Monitor system logs, scheduled tasks, and alerts to proactively address failures. Agent Setup & Management: Set up and manage Direct and General Agents in SAS CI360. Debug agent connectivity issues and resolve startup failures. Ensure smooth communication between CI360 tenants and DM Agents. CI360 System Administration: Perform system monitoring, routine maintenance, and health checks. Assist in CI360 On-Premise and Cloud setup troubleshooting. Debug connectivity, API failures, and SFTP/ETL execution issues. Campaign Support & Reporting: Generate and validate campaign performance reports and troubleshoot errors. Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure successful campaign execution. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with SAS CI360 administration and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of Direct and General Agent configuration. Knowledge of SQL, ETL processing, APIs, and data connectivity troubleshooting. Familiarity with SFTP, system logs, and monitoring tools. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAS certifications (e.g., SAS CI360, SAS 9.4). Experience working in banking, financial services, or large-scale data environments. Exposure to SAS Information Map
