Managed the inventory of parts and components. This individual assists the maintenance crew in locating and ordering parts and components needed for repairs. They also oversee the installation of those parts and ensure that the repairs are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for ensuring that all parts needed for the production of a product are available in sufficient quantities and in a timely manner, in order to maintain production efficiency. Responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts to support the business operations. This position also assists in problem resolution for defective or missing parts. Responsible for receiving and distributing spares to the various departments within a company. The controller will work with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the necessary spares are available when needed. The controller will also maintain records of all spares and ensure that they are accounted for in a timely manner. Responsible for ensuring that the necessary spare parts are available for the various components of the plant. This includes ensuring that the parts are available from authorized suppliers, that the parts are in proper condition, and that the parts are installed in a timely manner. 2. Essential responsibilities and tasks Managing inventory levels and ordering new supplies. Organizing the storage of parts for easy access and accurate tracking. Processing customer orders for parts. He should handle group companies and overseas spare business Identifying the correct part through computer databases. Handling payment transactions. Assisting customers in finding the spare parts they need. Review of spare business weekly and monthly. Based on over view stratergic decisions to be made to improve the business. 1. Interaction: Interactions should be done across all the internal departments as well as external customers. 2. Measurable targets On time delivery of the spares. On time releasing of indents. Continuous improvements. 3. Knowledge and skills Should have minimum 2-3year experience in handling spare part business in domestic and internation business. Good organizational skill.
