Role & responsibilities Prepare & submit quotation to clientsUpdate on WIP Status, Manpower, Material, RA Bills & its Collection.Material Reconciliation Reports from Store.Should be conversant with MS Excel.Should understand the bill of quantity as per the contract agreementPrepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawingsPrepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tenderPrepare & process subcontractor billsTo take the measurements from the site engineerChecking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractorsShould be good in MS Excel, MS word, email coordination. Handle whole project process (Need to do Survey on Site/ prepare Quotation/ Prepare BOQ/Prepare Work Progress Report/Bill of submission//AR Followup)
