Role & responsibilities 1. Providing support in carrying out day to day travel operations including.a.Itinerary preparation.b.Fare Construction.c.Making reservations.d.Issuance/delivery of tickets to the clients.e.Generation/submission of bills to the clients.f.Provide fault-free services to the customers.Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree(10+2+3)Candidates having specialisation inTravel and/ or tourism and related domains or those having additionalcertifications etc.in travel and /or tourism shall be preferred

1.Responsible for accounts, audit, GST issues, budget, MIS functions, maintenance of systems and procedures. Exposure in SAP/FICO is a must.2.Providing functional guidance to accountants / other operational heads.3.Carrying out special studies aimed at reducing costs, improving efficiency and profitability. The incumbent is expected to keep abreast of significant developments and practices in the fields relating to his/ her responsibilities, viz. accounting, audit, finance and taxes.4.The incumbent will be required to provide expert advice / assistance to personnel at all levels of the organisation, if such need arises.5.Ensure correct and on time availability of all financial information required to be submitted to the Government, Parliament and committees of parliament covering accounts,finance, tax budget, plan /non plan expenditure etc.6.Maintaining accurate financial records based on established norms and statutes.7.Debtors review and monitoring and Working Capital management.8.Leading and motivating a team and getting the best out of them.9.In relation to his/ her task, the incumbent is expected to ensure adherence / compliance to various extant policies / rules and the DOA.10.Responsible for championing core values of the company, Viz. maintaining high standards of transparency, championing the cause of customer /client among others.11.Finalization of the annual budget of the department12.Finalization of accounts of the department as per schedule.13.Summarise and finalize the annual write off / write back and provision proposals of the company as a whole for putting up to the Board including reconciliation of the same with the final accounts.14.Preparation of monthly vigilance report for the company as a whole.15.Preparation of report required as per SEBI LODR guidelines for the company as a whole16.Review of creditors and advances of department17.Ensure compliance and adherence to internal financial control (IFCR) over financial reporting

1.Overseeing a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline promotions, and market research etc.2.Crafting blueprint for Balmerol brand in order to lead and manage the category and sub brands within the portfolio, maximizing relevant brand differentiation and the brand communication tools mix for maximizing the sales & profit contribution of the brand within the region.3.Creating consumer demand by developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for brand Balmerol in close working with B2B and B2C sales team.4.Overseeing the Automotive Retail & B2B performance and to make sure the brand Balmerol stands relevant to the target customer in creative and innovative manner.5.Closely monitoring and analyzing sales volumes, brand pack movement, market share trends and competition activity and intervene with brand communication mix and on ground activation programmes.6.Planning & Implementation: Lead annual communication planning with external agencies (media, creative, PR and BTL), by developing communication brief and closely working with agencies [Digital & Creative] in media planning, creative development and implementation according to agreed brand strategy and communication objectives and agreed BPC investment for Balmerol brand etc.7.Plan and implement regional/national consumer promotions in alignment with sales to enhance growth of volumes, margins and efficient A&P per litre to achieve annual business targets.8.Implement Consumer Marketing initiatives; to develop and successfully implement marketing initiatives and programmes for Balmerol” focused brands, to develop and deploy compelling communication to consumers for the brand.9.Monitoring the implementation of all the above activities and track/review the performance against the agreed marketing objectives and business targets to ensure effective implementation of brand plan and to take course corrective actions when necessary to ensure Sales Volume & Gross Margin targets are achieved.10.Manage and monitor brand budget within the agreed plan and drive cost leadership of all marketing initiatives with no compromise of effectiveness.11.Serving as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for brand Balmerol. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (procurement, merchandising, print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events and sponsorships.12.Any other assignments as may be given from time to time.The above list is indicative only and not exhaustive.
