Practice Overview: Skill/Operating Group Technology Strategy & Advisory (Strategy & Consulting) Level Consultant Location Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore /Hyderabad/Chennai/Kolkata Travel Percentage Expected Travel could be anywhere between 0-90% Principal Duties And Responsibilities: Working closely with our clients, Consulting professionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. They develop specialized expertise"strategic, industry, functional, technical"in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth. Here are just a few of your day-to-day responsibilities: Support the Transformation Office practitioners to shape, mobilize and execute transformation journey with our clients TO professionals operate at the intersection of business and technology and are required to effectively manage program stakeholders (internal and external) to keep the course and maximize value realization Use their deep industry and technology competence e.g., in Cloud, ERP, Platforms, Data or Security to build rapport equally with and deeply skilled stakeholders in both business and technology functions and facilitate quick and effective decision making Create transformation business case and socialize with Accenture leadership and clients for their approval / iterations Formulate transformation roadmap basis various dependencies and other ongoing initiatives. Work with multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement programs Using industry knowledge, guide our clients towards a well-defined target operating model picture while effectively managing talent and change management requirements at the overall programme levelchanges Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelors degree MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable) Experience: 6-10 years large scale consulting experience and managing teams in a consulting environment or as part of a firms internal strategy/transformation capability 5+ years of experience participating or leading a part of significant digital transformation program(s) preferably in ERP, Cloud, Platforms, Interactive, New IT and other Technology landscapes Experience in supporting Project Management/ Value Realization Office /Transformation Management Office for own organization or for clients 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing recommendations Exposure to and understanding of IT Strategy & Scrum/Agile transformation methodology A strong understanding of industry operations and dynamics through experience in the following industries is preferred: Financial Services, Retail, consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources Key Competencies and Skills: Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders to architect, mobilize, and launch delivery constructs to execute a Transformation Journey with our clients Apply a cross-enterprise perspective spanning across both business and technology stakeholders, with ability to work through ambiguity to pursue a consistent transformation vision as well as understand, articulate and resolve key dependencies. Apply expertise in strategic analysis, business architecture, process architecture, organizational change management, value analysis program/project management and stakeholder management Understand end-to-end transformation and its strategic impact, and have a broad understanding of the issues a C-suite member can encounter, and the technology and non-technology levers to reach the desired state. Maintain a broad understanding of enterprise delivery models (agile, scaled agile, predictive) and insights into how cultural, organizational, and solution trends impact these models Manage across transformation management domains for a workstream (e.g. scope, cost, schedule, etc.) Facilitate design thinking and/or customer journey workshops to support development of a transformation roadmap and/or strategy Help define the value of a transformation and how to measure and track success Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment with effective consulting skills, especially working in a onshore-offshore mode, with flexibility to work across time-zones Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement Excellent Presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
