Should be budding leaders.Responsibilities and Duties:Counsel students for their course enquiryCounsel students and concerned parents in-person and on the phoneComplete daily, weekly and monthly targetsCalculate conversion ratesUse the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and ReportsRequired Experience and Qualifications:1-3 years of experienceFluent Written & Spoken English Language SkillsExcellent Interpersonal Communication SkillsInterest in Sales and CounselingKnowledge of CRM and EdTech Work ExperienceMulti-taskerExpected deliverables/KPIs :Minimum 60-80 connected calls a day.Weekly revenue targets to be met consistently as per the batch requirements2-3 hours of talk time per day on average.
