Role: School Outreach Associate Location: PAN India (Remote/Field-based) Organization: TechnoPark™ – Future-Ready STEM Innovation Labs Role Summary: As a School Outreach Associate , you’ll play a key role in expanding TechnoPark’s presence by introducing our hands-on STEM lab solutions to schools. Your work will directly support our mission to revolutionize education in India through space science, AI, robotics, biotechnology, and more. Success in this role looks like: Actively engaging with schools and school leaders Scheduling impactful meetings and presentations Generating meaningful leads for TechnoPark’s lab setup partnerships Representing the initiative with passion and professionalism This role is crucial to our growth — you’ll be the first point of connection between TechnoPark and institutions across India. Responsibilities: Identify and connect with target schools across India through email, calls, or direct engagement Pitch the TechnoPark lab model and offerings clearly and confidently to principals or decision-makers Customize presentations to match school needs (we’ll provide core materials and training) Schedule meetings for in-depth demos or partnership discussions Maintain accurate records of school responses and lead progress Collaborate with the TechnoPark core team for follow-ups and conversion Provide feedback from the ground to refine our outreach strategy Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with public speaking, messaging, and pitching over phone or video calls Highly self-motivated , organized, and goal-oriented Basic understanding of education systems (CBSE/ICSE/state boards preferred) Previous experience in sales, school marketing, EdTech outreach , or NGO education projects is a plus Fluency in English is required; Hindi or regional languages are an advantage Familiarity with email/WhatsApp-based communication tools No formal degree required — passion, clarity, and commitment matter more What We Offer: A chance to be part of a mission-driven education startup Work that creates real impact in schools and among young learners Flexible, remote-first work environment Performance-based compensation (commission/bonuses for successful leads) How to Apply: Send your resume or a short intro (name, city, and why you’re interested) to: Let’s build the future of learning — together.
