Liaise with school management, governing bodies, parents, and educational authorities to ensure smooth administration. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies like CBSE/ICSE/State Education Boards or International curriculum boards. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, infrastructure development, and safety regulations. Drive admission growth, student retention, and school branding in the community. Lead annual planning, school improvement initiatives, and faculty development programs. ✅ Requirements: Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, or related field. 10–20 years of experience in teaching and academic administration. Proven track record as a Vice Principal, Academic Head, or Principal . Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Sound knowledge of education laws, board regulations , and modern pedagogical practices.
