Role & responsibilities Process development 1) Clone, Media and feed selection for new projects. 2) Process development at bioreactor up to 20L scale. 3) Product/process studies to support commercial dossier submissions. 4) Risk assessments early stage (Process risk assessment, raw material risk assessment). 5) Hold time Study for media, feed Harvest. 6) Alternate vendor for critical raw materials assessment. 7) Technology transfers. 8) Documentations. Process development With New Technology (ATF) 1) Process improvements with new technology– Yield and quality improvement. 2) Team development and knowledge upgradations. 3) Team & Capability building in USP-R&D Cell bank Management 1. Knowledge of cell bank preparation & qualification. 2. Maintenances of cell bank vials with proper documentation and condition.
