Job Description

Exp : 3 to 5 Years Work Mode : Remote Role & responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Ensure the Scrum team follows Agile/ Scrum principles and practices. Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in a related field. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment. Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure).
