Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager Position at Akratech Scrum Master Agile Project Manager Ad Campaign Marketing Specialist LOCATION: CHENNAI We are looking for Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies and Strong leadership and communication skills with problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Key Requirements : Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp for managing tasks and tracking progress. Leadership and management experience. Ability to organize and manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively. Experience in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics. Experience with other project management platforms like Slack, Monday.com, or Notion may be beneficial. Organizing tasks into epics, user stories, and tickets using tools like Jira or Trello. Excellent people and project management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Training, mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing. Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team. Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
