Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and certified Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality software products. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach team members, manage impediments, and ensure smooth sprint execution. This role demands a blend of technical understanding, servant leadership, and agile mindset. Responsibilities Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams. Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values. Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and sprint planning. Help teams improve their Agile maturity over time. Ensure transparency and accountability through metrics and reporting. Foster a safe and trust-based environment for open communication and experimentation.
