Job Description

Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles, practices, and rules. Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Review Sprint Retrospective Actively work to identify and remove blockers that hinder the team's progress. Support the team in resolving internal or external issues impacting productivity. Serve the team by enabling collaboration , fostering a self-organizing environment. Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions. Encourage the team to reflect and improve during retrospectives. Help identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improving delivery and team dynamics. Coach the team on Agile best practices and Scrum values. Mentor Product Owners on how to manage the product backlog effectively. Ensure smooth communication and that everyone is aligned on goals and progress. Track progress, velocity, and sprint goals. Ensure that work commitments are realistic and manageable. Proficient in setting up and maintaining tools like Jira , with strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint . Based in Chennai, with a preference for working from the office.
