Role & responsibilities Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and practices Remove impediments, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery Foster collaboration, open communication, and transparency among team members Monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements Ensure Scrum framework is followed, and teams adhere to Agile principles Collaborate with Product Owners to refine product backlogs and ensure alignment with business objectives Develop and maintain metrics to measure team performance, velocity, and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred candidate profile Experience working in RFID, IoT, or related technologies Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Kanban or Lean Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) Qualification BE / B Tech / BCS / BCA / MCA /MCS or any relevant field Interested candidates can share resumes on : saloni.dhiman@infoteksoftware.com Or contact on : 8799924213
