Job Description

1.Forward plan the release windows and manage the release and risks with different location 2.Negotiation, plan, and manage all release activities 3.Defining processes, policies, procedures and guidelines for Software Configuration and Building Management related activities 4.Introduce Scrum framework starting with projects 5.Maintain the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and development with Java skills 6.Additionally, also held the complete responsibility to plan, develop and coordinate software release 7. Ensure the consistency of the development and production environment by maintaining a regular, sync up of the development repository and the production environment. 8.Managmentof all the roll out schedules, implementation plans and activities for and across all functional groups involved in the release. 9.Manage to remove ambiguity by connecting with individuals and or external teams 10.Conduct Daily stand-up, Planning, Release Readiness reviews and Business GoNo-Go review meetings 11.Assesses Issues, Risks, Assumptions, Action Items & Decisions were identified, documented, and managed 12.Responsible & Accountable for Incident management queue 13.Responsible & Accountable to drive the team to get results on, 14.Resolving potential code conflicts within different project teams 15.Responsible for driving the team to maintain deliver RFCs and adhere to SLAs agreed and defined with the client
